4. Founder of Blur Launches Blast Tieshun Roquerre, the founder of Blur, has launched Blast, a Layer 2 Ethereum solution with native yield from staking ETH. Roquerre has raised $20 million in funding for the Blast project and an additional $40 million for the development of the Blur ecosystem.
